The pink thing is a bandana that Maura, Roland's assistant, was wearing (She is the woman in the pic). Roland asked for it so he could cover the ocelot's eyes. Even though it's conked out, you don't want it to get freaked with all those people. Maura gave it a good washing afterwards (the bandana).
